Every Friday noon class, and 6pm class, is a Flow Friday pad session!
These are classes where you work with a partner on the pads for the entire class. Each flow focuses on recapping the curriculum taught during the week, so you sharpen your skills while burning out all of your the stress before your weekend!
You begin with a few rounds on pads, each will their own specific drills. At the end of the class, you go through a 7 minute flow encompassing all of the specific pad drills into one sequence- You start off with a base combination, and then every minute you’ll add in 1 or 2 techniques/defenses till you reach the 7th and final minute. At that point, you’ll be in full flow mode!
