Changes:

-Poo Choi Jack now teaches a fighter style conditioning class open to all members from 7:30pm-8:30pm on Wednesdays.

-Kru Jen teaches a second Flow Friday class from 6-7pm. (Beginning February 9th)

-Osvaldo and PC Eugenia will be teaching a Kids Red Shorts Sparring class from 6:30-7:30pm.

-Saturday and Sunday classes are now 2 hours in length.

-Sundays Samantha teaches Yoga from 2-3pm

 

**We are away Friday Feb 2nd for sparring so the 6-7pm Flow Friday will begin February 9th. Apologies for any inconveniences
